The russet potato market out of Idaho is steady this week, with moderate supply and moderate demand reported.

Reds  arrow steady

The red potato market out of Minnesota-North Dakota is steady this week, with moderate supply and moderate demand reported.

Yellows   arrow steady

The yellow potato market out of Minnesota-North Dakota is steady this week, with moderate supply and moderate demand reported.

 

Cabbage

Round Green  arrow steady

The cabbage market out of Texas, and out of Mexico crossing through Texas,  is steady this week, with moderate supply and moderate demand reported.

 

Leaf Lettuce

Green Leaf  arrow up

The green leaf lettuce market out of Arizona is up this week, with tightening supply and moderate demand reported.

Romaine  arrow up

The romaine lettuce market out of Arizona is up significantly this week, with tightening supply and moderate demand reported.

Iceberg arrow up

The iceberg lettuce market out of Arizona is up this week, with tightening supply and moderate demand reported.

Garlic  arrow steady

Garlic supply and pricing is steady.

Onions  arrow steady

The onion market out of Washington/Oregon and Idaho/Oregon is steady this week, with moderate supply and moderate demand reported.

Mushrooms  arrow steady

The mushroom market is steady this week. Vendors report that mushroom supply is steady, and they expect it to remain that way.

Cilantro  arrow steady

Out of Central and Western Arizona, 30's and 60's are steady, with moderate supply and moderate demand reported.

Cucumbers  arrow up

The cucumber market out of Mexico crossing through both texas and Nogales, Arizona, is up this week, with steady supply and slightly increased demand for Mexican product reported.

Celery  arrow down

The celery market out of Oxnard, California, is down this week, with improving supply and moderate demand reported.

Yellow  Squash & Zucchini  arrow steady

The yellow squash and zucchini markets out of Michigan are steady this week, with moderate supply and moderate demand reported.

Green Beans  arrow up

The green bean market out of Florida is up this week, with tight supply, due to very cold growing conditions, and steady demand reported.

Bell Peppers, Green  arrow down

The green bell pepper market out of Mexico crossing through Nogales, Arizona, is down this week, with moderate supply and moderate demand reported.

Bell Peppers, Red  arrow up

The red bell pepper market out of Mexico crossing through Nogales, Arizona, is up this week, with moderate supply and moderate demand reported.

Hot Peppers arrow steady

The Jalapeño pepper market out of Mexico is steady this week, with moderate supply and moderate demand reported.

Carrots arrow steady

The carrot market out of California is steady this week, with moderate supply and moderate demand reported.

Green Onions  arrow down

The green onion market out of Mexico crossing through Southern California and Arizona is down this week. Although pricing is beginning to ease from recently elevated levels, supply is limited, due to bad weather conditions, and demand is moderate, according to vendors.

Cauliflower arrow down

The cauliflower market out of Arizona is down this week, with moderate supply and moderate demand reported.

Asparagus arrow steady

The asparagus market out of Peru is steady, with moderate supply and moderate demand reported.

Broccoli arrow up

The broccoli market out of Arizona is up this week. Supply is tight, due to wet weather conditions followed by warmer temperatures, and demand is moderate, according to vendors.

Tomatoes

Rounds   arrow up

The Red Round tomato market out of Mexico crossing through Texas is up, with lower-than-average supply and increased demand for Mexican product reported.

Romas  arrow up

The Roma tomato market out of Mexico crossing through Texas is up, with lower-than-average supply and increased demand for Mexican product reported.

Grape & Cherry  arrow up

The Grape tomato and Cherry tomato markets out of Mexico crossing through Texas are up this week, with moderate supply and moderate demand reported for Cherry tomatoes, and lower-than-average supply and increased demand for Mexican product for Grape tomatoes.

Hanging Fruit

Apples arrow steady

The apple market is mixed this week. Out of Washington, Gala, Granny Smith, Honeycrisp, Red Delicious and Golden Delicious are all up, while Fuji and Pink Lady/Cripps Pink are steady, with moderate supply and moderate demand reported.

Pears  arrow up

The pear market out of Washington is up this week, with moderate supply and moderate demand reported.

Citrus

Lemons  arrow steady

The lemon market out of Eastern California-Western Arizona is steady this week, with moderate supply and moderate demand reported.

Limes  arrow down

The lime market is down this week. Out of Mexico, crossing through Texas, 200's and 250's are down, with tighter supply on larger-sized fruit and moderate demand reported.

Oranges  arrow up

The orange market out of Eastern California-Western Arizona is up this week, with tight supply on smaller-sized fruit and moderate demand reported.

 

Berries

Strawberries  arrow up

The strawberry market out of Santa Maria, California, is up this week, with moderate supply and moderate demand reported. Vendors expect that crops in Florida will be limited, due to the recent freezing temperatures.

Grapes  arrow down

The grape market out of Peru is down, with moderate supply and moderate demand reported.

 

Tropical

Pineapples  arrow steady

The pineapple market is steady this week. Out of Central America imported through Philadelphia, 5, 6 and 7 counts are steady, with moderate supply and moderate demand reported.

Bananas  arrow steady

The banana market remains steady, with good supply and good quality reported.

Avocados  arrow steady

The avocado market is mixed this week. Out of Mexico, 40's, 48's and 60's are down, while 70's are steady, with moderate supply and moderate demand reported.

 

Melons

Cantaloupes  arrow down

The cantaloupe market is down this week. Out of Central America imported through either Southern California or South Florida, 9 ct. are down, with moderate supply and moderate demand reported.

Honeydews  arrow steady

The honeydew market is mixed this week. Product out of Central America imported through either South Florida or Southern California is steady, while product out of Mexico crossing though Nogales, Arizona, is down, with moderate supply and moderate demand reported.
