The russet potato market is mixed this week. Out of Idaho, 70 ct. are down, while 90 ct. are steady, with moderate supply and good demand reported.

Reds  arrow steady

The red potato market is mixed this week. Product out of Minnesota is up, while product out of Wisconsin remained steady, with moderate supply and moderate demand reported.

Yellows   arrow steady

The yellow potato market out of Minnesota and Wisconsin is steady this week, with moderate supply and moderate demand reported.

CABBAGE

Round Green  arrow down

The cabbage market is mixed this week. Product out of California is down, while product out of Mexico crossing through Texas is steady, with moderate supply and moderate demand reported.

LEAF LETTUCE

The green leaf lettuce market out of Salinas, California, is steady this week, with moderate supply and moderate demand reported.

Romaine  arrow down

The romaine lettuce market out of Salinas, California, is up this week, with moderate supply and moderate demand reported.

ICEBERG  arrow up

The iceberg lettuce market out of Salinas, California, is down this week, with moderate supply and fairly light demand reported.

GARLIC  arrow steady

Garlic supply and pricing is steady, and suppliers expect it to remain this way until late summer 2025.

ONIONS  arrow up

The onion market out of Idaho and Oregon is up this week, with moderate supply and moderate demand reported.

MUSHROOMS  arrow steady

The mushroom market is steady this week. Vendors report that mushroom supply is steady, and they expect it to remain that way.

CILANTRO  arrow up

Out of Central Coast, California, 30's and 60's are down, with moderate supply and moderate demand reported.

CUCUMBERS  arrow steady

The cucumber market is mixed this week. Product out of Mexico crossing through both Texas and California is down, with moderate supply and fairly light demand reported, while product out of Michigan is up, with moderate supply and fairly good demand reported.


CELERY  arrow up

The celery market out of Salinas, California, is down this week, with moderate supply and moderate demand reported.

Yellow Squash & ZUCCHINI  arrow steady

The yellow squash market out of Michigan and North Carolina is up this week. Light supply and fairly good demand are reported for product out of Michigan, while moderate supply and moderate demand are reported for product out of North Carolina. Meanwhile, the zucchini market out of Michigan and North Carolina is steady, with moderate supply and moderate demand reported.

The green bean market out of New York is steady this week, with moderate supply and moderate demand reported.


BELL PEPPERS

The green bell pepper market out of North Carolina is down this week, with moderate supply and moderate demand reported.

The apple market is mixed this week. Out of Washington, Granny Smith, Honeycrisp, and Red Delicious are up, and Golden Delicious and Pink Lady/Cripps Pink are steady, while Gala are down, with moderate supply and moderate demand reported.

The lemon market out of California is down this week, with fairly light supply and moderate demand reported.

LIMES  arrow steady

The lime market is up again this week. Out of Mexico crossing through Texas, 200's and 250's are both up, with light supply and moderate demand reported.

ORANGES  arrow up

The orange market out of California is steady this week, with moderate supply and moderate demand reported.

The strawberry market out of Santa Maria, California, is steady this week, with moderate supply and moderate demand reported.

GRAPES  arrow steady

The grape market out of Mexico crossing through Nogales, Arizona, is steady this week, with moderate supply and moderate demand reported.

PINEAPPLES  arrow steady

The pineapple market is mixed this week. Out of Central America imported through Philadelphia, 5 and 6 counts are up, while 7 and 8 counts remained steady, with light supply and moderate demand reported.
