Timothy Warnock is the Food Fanatics Chef for the Albany N.Y. Division, and has been with US Foods since 2004. He has 40 Plus years of Culinary & Hospitality Experience. He has many industry accolades including Gold, Silver and Bronze Medals from the American Culinary Federation. He has had numerous guest chef appearances, including Harvard University; Club 33 at Disneyland and the renowned James Beard House in New York City. He resides in the beautiful Adirondack Park in Upstate New York with his wife, daughter and son. Chef Tim, as he is referred to, or "The Professor," is a native New Yorker, whose repertoire in the culinary arts has taken him from the 1980 Winter Olympics in Lake Placid, where he ìfed the world,î to the four star, four diamond resort hotel, ìThe Sagamoreî, on beautiful Lake George in Bolton Landing, N.Y. His extensive knowledge and experience has made him the go-to professional as he consults and inspires customers to help grow their business with US Foods
