Tempering
You have an important role to play in the Tender by Design® process. To achieve the desired results, customers should temper the steaks using our commercial-grade Aluminum Tempering Tray (8377597). Our Tempering Tray tempers faster than traditional thin aluminum sheet pans, or wood or plastic cutting boards, preparing the product to wow diners on their plate. US Foods® recommends that customers never place the product in water (of any temperature), as this may adversely affect product quality.
