Last Viewed allows you to see the most recently used lists. You can also sort your lists by List Name, Last Updated By, Number of Products on the list and Number of Discontinued Items


Creating An Order

There are a lot of ways to start an order. Whether you use a shopping list and add quantities from here, search for products and add products from there, or some combination, we’ve made sure you can always add to your order from wherever you are.

Not only can you add products from anywhere; the act of adding a product to your order is easier than ever! Once you add a quantity to the quantity box (or press the ‘+’ button), it is automatically reflected in your shopping cart. No further confirmation/submission is necessary.

Sometimes you have to put in a big order, but you might have to step away in the middle of it. Have no fear: your order will still be there waiting for you. Even if you lose connectivity for a certain amount of time, when you regain it, the products you added to your cart will still be there.


Unavailable Products

We know out-of-stock products can make things tricky, so we try to let you know as soon as possible if a product is unavailable and you need to find a substitute. When a product is out of stock, you can still order it and see if it becomes available when your order goes to picking. Or you can add the US Foods® suggested substitute to your order instead. If you’re looking for something different, you can use the Search for Substitutes option in the ellipsis to search the catalog for other product options.


Reviewing your order

If you’ve accidentally added too many of a product, we’ve got you covered by providing a final review. If there are still unavailable products in your order after submitting, you’ll have another chance to find substitutes and/or get on the waitlist for the original product.

Before submitting your order, you can see your order breakdown and make any final edits if necessary, including adding a PO number or changing your delivery date. You’ll also be able to see estimated delivery information based on what will be on your truck versus what may be coming separately via Direct. If you’ve forgotten any products you normally order, the Did You Forget feature has your back, reminding you of your regularly purchased items that aren’t on your order.

TRACKING AN ORDER

Once you’ve placed your order, you can check on it on your My Orders page (or View All Orders from the homepage/home screen). You’ll be able to see the status of your order in the dashboard at the top and go directly to it from there. When your truck is en route, you can track your delivery until it’s at your front (or back) door!

In addition to your My Orders page, you can click right from the Delivery Tracker tile on the homepage/home screen to see where on the map your truck is and how close it is to delivering to you.
