Smoked Pork Pinwheels
Ingredients
- 3 oz. Patuxent Farms® Cooked Hardwood Smoked Pulled Pork w/o Sauce
- 1 ea. Hilltop Hearth® Cilantro Chickpea Wrap
- 2 oz. del Pasado® Mango Peach Salsa
- 1 oz. Chef's Line® Hand Scooped Guacamole
- 1 oz. Glenview Farms® Pepperjack Cheese
- 1 T Monarch® Chipotle Mayo
PREPARATION
- Cook the pork per boil-in-bag instructions. Once cooked, pull apart to shred.
- Spread chipotle mayo over the chickpea wrap. Layer on the pepper jack cheese.
- Spread the shredded pork evenly over the cheese.
- Roll it up and slice into pinwheels .
- Garnish with mango peach salsa, spicy mayo, and a dollop of guacamole.
