Smoked Pork Pinwheels

Ingredients

  • 3 oz. Patuxent Farms® Cooked Hardwood Smoked Pulled Pork w/o Sauce
  • 1 ea. Hilltop Hearth® Cilantro Chickpea Wrap
  • 2 oz. del Pasado® Mango Peach Salsa
  • 1 oz. Chef's Line® Hand Scooped Guacamole
  • 1 oz. Glenview Farms® Pepperjack Cheese
  • 1 T Monarch® Chipotle Mayo

PREPARATION

  1. Cook the pork per boil-in-bag instructions. Once cooked, pull apart to shred.
  2. Spread chipotle mayo over the chickpea wrap. Layer on the pepper jack cheese.
  3. Spread the shredded pork evenly over the cheese. 
  4. Roll it up and slice into pinwheels .
  5. Garnish with mango peach salsa, spicy mayo, and a dollop of guacamole.
