Stock Yards was acquired by US Foods® to become one of the largest suppliers in the country.

We launched as a cut shop inside the Charlotte Distribution Center with a simple mission: deliver high‑quality, custom‑cut beef, pork and lamb – fast. Today, Stock Yards Collective Carolinas is a Southeast go‑to for precision, speed and partnership.

We rebranded as Stock Yards® Collective as part of our commitment to meet the evolving needs of our customers.
