Certificate of Insurance
You have reached the Certificate of Insurance (COI) site of US Foods, Inc.
US Foods® regularly receives requests from customers and business partners to provide COIs. To streamline this process and reduce our impact on the environment, we will no longer be issuing individual COIs. The issuance and tracking of customized COIs are resource-intensive and do not add value to our business partnerships. The non-customized COIs are universally accepted as evidence of insurance coverage and meet the executed contract proof of insurance requirements.
US Foods, Inc. has agreed to provide COIs. However, it is the existence of the contract that triggers the coverages evidenced here; since customized COIs do nothing to strengthen that position, as of October 31, 2024, we will offer industry-standard, non-customized COIs.
The documents presented on this website are a matter of information only, and do not alter, amend or extend any coverages or rights not expressly afforded by the terms of the applicable insurance policies or self-insured filings.
Viewers of this website are not tracked; therefore, there is no mechanism with which to provide notification of program changes or cancellations. The documents contained on the website will be modified and updated periodically as needed; please check the site as often as necessary for your uses.
