In his role, Michael supports customers in the Northeast Region using our series of market-proven, integrated diagnostic tools. He works to assist healthcare foodservice operators to discover ways to lower costs, improve efficiency and increase revenue. Prior to his time with US Foods®, he spent more than 18 years in healthcare foodservice management, and several years as a Chef, Kitchen Manager and General Manager in Restaurants. He has extensive knowledge of regulations, industry standards and day-to-day operations.
