Preparation Instructions

  • Cook to an internal temperature of 145°F. Do not thaw
  • Deep fry from frozen in preheated oil at a temperature of 350°F until golden brown, about 2-1/2 to 3 minutes
  • Pan fry: place frozen shrimp in skillet with ½-inch of hot, sizzling oil (do not overheat) and fry for approximately 3 to 5 minutes. Turn frequently, drain on paper towel and serve immediately
