With the back-of-house appearance of cut pita points, these triangular chips quickly get crisp when they’re baked or fried. They’re perfect in appetizers and sides, as a base for Mediterranean nachos, as a topper, a snack on their own or a dessert when sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar. Since they’re packaged in bulk, you’re in charge of how much to use at a time, so the quantity is always right.

Preparation Instructions

  • Fryer: preheat fryer to 350°F. Place Pita Chips into frying basket. Cook for approximately one minute until golden brown.
  • Convection oven: preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a light coating of oil on a sheet pan. Spread Pita Chips evenly on pan. Bake for 10–14 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp. Be sure to rotate the pan and stir the chips to avoid excessive browning. Remove cooked pita chips from the oven. Spray lightly with canola oil and then season
