Chef Tim Galligher is the Food Fanatic Chef in the Nebraska area and has been an employee for 3 years. He began at the age of 13 working in various restaurants until he was 18, when he headed off to study photography and work as a press photographer. Tim then studied at Metro Community College where he completed a Chefs Apprentice Program and reentered the culinary field. He specializes in both Hotel/Resort and Business and Industry supporting multi-unit accounts. Tim was the winner of the United Fresh Award for Excellence in Foodservice for fresh produce in business and industry for 2015. He currently resides in Omaha Nebraska and spends his free time traveling and cooking for his wife Julie, children Collin and Veda and his Saint Bernard named Meat.
