He as been with US Foods since 2011. He has over 40 years experience in the Food Industry, specializing in all aspects of the industry. He is a graduate of the Culinary institute of America, a certified Master Chef, a Doctorate in Food Service and has earned many awards throughout his career. He has been and is still very active in the Culinary Olympics - presently Director of the United States team. Chef Tom is the reciepent of several medals in the competitions. He resides in Plymouth Meeting Pennsylvania with his wife and Dog.
