In B&I managed 12 different food programs feeding 6000-7000 meals plus catering from 4-10000 across large campus with 230 conference rooms plus Executive dining Room. Versed in Pacific Rim, Equatorial Cuisine Central and Latin American, East Indian, French, Italian, Portuguese, German some Ethiopian, Caribbean, Northwest, Native American Etc...My passion for all things food drive my love to help and learn.
