4 oz.Molly’s Kitchen® Meatless Breaded Wings, roughly chopped

2 oz.Monarch® Nashville Style Hot Sauce

1 oz.Monarch Honey

3 ea.Yellow 4” Corn Tortilla, heated on grill

2 oz.del Pasado® Cotija Cheese, crumbled

2 oz.Monarch Pickled Red Onions

2 oz.Monarch Bread and Butter Pickle Chips, roughly chopped

1 oz.Monarch Roasted Garlic Aioli
Preparation
- Fry the meatless wings, and toss with hot sauce and honey.
- Lay the warm tortillas in a taco taxi, and lay in the meatless, coated chunks.
- Top with chopped bread and butter pickles, cotija and garlic aioli.
