1 ea.Hilltop Hearth® Tomato Basil Wrap

2 oz.Cucumbers, julienne

2 oz.Cross Valley Farms® Cherry Tomatoes, sliced

1 ea.del Pasado® Half Avocado, sliced

1 oz.Cross Valley Farms Red Onion, diced

2 oz.Monarch® Corn and Poblano Pepper Blend, heated and cooled

1 leafCross Valley Farms Romaine, picked and cleaned

2 oz.Monarch Chateau Classique Dressing
Preparation
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cucumbers, corn, onions and tomatoes. Toss with Chateau Classique dressing until fully dressed.
- Using the chickpea wrap, assemble with cleaned romaine lettuce, cucumber mixture, vegan mozzarella style shreds and sliced avocado.
- Fold wrap, cut in half and serve.
