Vegan Sausage Gravy

Ingredients

  • 1 qt.
    Thirster® Organic Oatmilk
  • 1/4 c
    AP Flour
  • 1/4 c
    Vegetable Oil (not olive oil)
  • 4 ea.
    Molly's Kitchen® Plant-Based** Breakfast Saus'ge Patty
  • To taste
    Monarch® Kosher Coarse-Ground Salt
  • To taste
    Monarch® Ground Black Pepper

Preparation

  1. Heat oil in sauce pot over medium heat. Add Crumbled Molly's Kitchen Plant-Based Breakfast Saus'ge Patty to the pot, and lightly coat in oil.
  2. Add flour and cook roux, stirring constantly, until flour begins to smell like biscuits. Add in Thirster Organic Oatmilk slowly, while stirring, until mixture comes together and is smooth.
  3. Lower heat. Continue stirring until thick. Add more oatmilk to thin, if needed. Adjust flavor with salt and pepper as needed.
