Preparation
- Heat oil in sauce pot over medium heat. Add Crumbled Molly's Kitchen Plant-Based Breakfast Saus'ge Patty to the pot, and lightly coat in oil.
- Add flour and cook roux, stirring constantly, until flour begins to smell like biscuits. Add in Thirster Organic Oatmilk slowly, while stirring, until mixture comes together and is smooth.
- Lower heat. Continue stirring until thick. Add more oatmilk to thin, if needed. Adjust flavor with salt and pepper as needed.
