2 ea.Cross Valley Farms® Cremini Mushrooms, thinly sliced

6-8 oz.Molly's Kitchen® Vegetable Soup Base, reconstituted

1 tsp.Cross Valley Farms Peeled Shallots, shaved or minced

.25 tsp.Cross Valley Farms Peeled Garlic

.5 ea.Fresh Lime

Fresh Jalapeño or Serrano, for garnish

Preparation
- Cook pho potstickers according to package instructions. Remove from heat and hold warm.
- Add shallots, garlic and mushrooms to pan, and sauté until fragrant. Deglaze with vegetable stock.
- Add pho potstickers, and taste broth. Adjust seasoning as need.
- Place into a warm bowl, and garnish with fresh herbs, lime wedges and chili crisp.
