2 TMetro Deli® Caramelized Balsamic Onion Jam

2 oz.Rykoff Sexton® Slow Roasted Tomatoes, chopped
Preparation
- Lay bread slices flat.
- Layer with hummus, vegan cheese slices, onion jam and tomatoes.
- Press layers together to make a sandwich and place into a panini press, or onto a hot flat top griddle.
- Heat through until outsides are crisp and insides are hot and melted.
