6 lb.Glenview Farms® Vegan Cheddar Style Slices

2 gal.Thirster® Unsweetened Coconut Milk

1 cMonarch® Corn Starch

2 oz.Monarch Garlic Powder

1 oz.Monarch Ground Mustard

2 oz.Monarch Kosher Coarse Ground Salt

2 tsp.Monarch Ground White Pepper
Preparation
- In a large sauce pot, over medium heat, add coconut milk and bring to a simmer.
- While whisking, slowly add in slices of the vegan cheese.
- In a separate bowl, combine equal parts water and cornstarch to create a slurry.
- Add the slurry into the vegan cheese sauce mixture; whisk well, making sure slurry is fully incorporated, and bring to a simmer.
- Once sauce has thickened, remove from heat and add the seasonings.
- Mix well and toss with your favorite pasta.
