1 - 1/2 oz.Glenview Farms® Vegan Mozzarella Style Shreds

2 oz.Cross Valley Farms Asian-Style Blend

2 oz.Vegan Mayo

1 tsp.Rykoff Sexton® Key Lime Juice

Preparation
- Warm tortillas and place in a 3-taco holder.
- Rough chop Asian-style blend and mix with lime juice, vegan mayo and 2/3 of the cilantro. Season with salt to taste.
- Deep-fry, sauté or toast the green chickpeas.
- Season green chickpeas with salt and ancho seasoning to taste.
- Place slaw in tortillas, top with warm green chickpeas and shredded cheese.
- Garnish with pickled red onion and chopped cilantro.
