1 cGlenview Farms® Vegan Mozzarella Style Shreds

1 ea.Monogram® Parchment Paper
Preparation
- Preheat a convection oven to 325°F.
- Line sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Place two tablespoons each of shredded vegan cheese on parchment paper.
- Using a gloved hand, lightly flatten out each.
- Bake at 325°F for 10-15 minutes with a low fan speed.
- Once vegan cheese is lightly browned, remove crisps from the oven and flip over. Cook for additional 5-10 minutes or until crisps have become golden brown and crispy.
- Once cooled, crisps can garnish salads, wraps and more.
