Vegan Crisps

Ingredients

  • 1 c
    Glenview Farms® Vegan Mozzarella Style Shreds
  • 1 ea.
    Monogram® Parchment Paper

Preparation

  1. Preheat a convection oven to 325°F.
  2. Line sheet pan with parchment paper.  
  3. Place two tablespoons each of shredded vegan cheese on parchment paper.
  4. Using a gloved hand, lightly flatten out each. 
  5. Bake at 325°F for 10-15 minutes with a low fan speed.
  6. Once vegan cheese is lightly browned, remove crisps from the oven and flip over. Cook for additional 5-10 minutes or until crisps have become golden brown and crispy. 
  7. Once cooled, crisps can garnish salads, wraps and more.
