.5 cDry White Wine

2 TRykoff Sexton® Meyer Lemon Juice

6 TGlenview Farms® Non-Dairy Butter, cut into 1" pieces

Monarch® Ground Black Pepper, to taste

Monarch Coarse Ground Kosher Salt, to taste
Preparation
- Add white wine, lemon juice and shallots to a heavy-bottomed saucepan. Bring to a boil, lower to simmer and reduce liquid by half. Remove from heat.
- Use a whisk to stir. While stirring, add pieces of butter to the reduction. Working quickly, add one piece at a time until melted and emulsified.
