6 oz.Harbor Banks® Sliced Yellowfin Tuna

4 oz.Chef’s Line® Organic Purple Rice Blend

4 oz.Cross Valley Farms® Shaved Brussels Sprouts

2 oz.Monarch® Sriracha Hot Honey
Preparation
Prepare the Chef’s Line Purple Rice Blend and keep warm
Sauté the Cross Valley Farms Shaved Brussels Sprouts for 3–4 minutes until slightly softened and lightly caramelized
Lightly season the Harbor Banks Sliced Yellowfin Tuna with salt and pepper (optional) and sear for about 1 minute per side for a rare to medium-rare finish. Adjust cooking time if a different doneness is preferred. Slice into bite-sized pieces
Assemble the bowl – purple rice blend, sauteed brussels sprouts and then the sliced yellowfin tuna. Drizzle sriracha hot honey over the top
