Trail Mix Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 oz.
    Quinoa Vegetable Blend
  • 3 oz.
    Kale and Parsnip Salad Mix
  • 1 oz.
    Dried Cranberries
  • 2 oz.
    Feta Cheese Crumbles
  • 1 oz.
    Almonds, Sliced
  • 2 oz.
    Guacamole
  • 2 oz.
    Creamy Italian Dressing
  • 3 oz.
    Cross Valley Farms Salad Mix
  • 3 oz.
    Cross Valley Farms® Broccoli Cauliflower Vegetable Blend
  • 1 ea.
    Monogram® 32 oz. E-Z Eat Bowl

Preparation

Trim the broccoli and cauliflower down to florets. Take all ingredients except the guacamole and place into a clean, dry mixing bowl. Mix until all ingredients are evenly coated with the Italian dressing. Place dressed salad into the to-go container. Garnish with one 2 oz. scoop of guacamole. Lock the lid and serve.
