Tomato Flatbread

Ingredients

  • 4.4 oz.
    Garlic Naan Flatbread
  • 4 oz.
    Cross Valley Farms® Tomato
  • 2 oz.
    Feta Cheese Crumbles
  • 2 oz.
    Balsamic Glaze Sauce
  • .5 oz.
    Cross Valley Farms Cilantro, chopped
  • 1 ea.
    Monogram® Molded Fiber Container, 9" x 9"

Preparation

Build the flatbread from the bottom up: feta cheese crumbles, sliced tomato and garlic roasted naan.

Bake in oven at 350°F for 7-9 minutes, or until cheese starts to soften. When the flatbread comes out of the oven, drizzle with the balsamic reduction and cut into several pieces. Place in to-go container. Garnish with chopped cilantro.
