Preparation
Warm the Ropa Vieja:
Heat the Ropa Vieja in a skillet over medium heat with the juices until hot, stirring occasionally.
Assemble the Tacos:
- Warm the tortillas in a skillet or flat top.
- Place a portion of the hot Ropa Vieja on each tortilla.
- Sprinkle the Three Cheese Blend over the meat.
- Garnish with fresh Cilantro and a squeeze of Lime or Pickled Red Onion.
Add optional toppings like sliced avocado or sour cream if desired.
