Preparation
- Cook Black Forest bacon according to package directions.
- Heat three cheese frittata on a hot flat top while also toasting bun.
- Toss arugula with lemon juice and oil. Season with salt and pepper.
- Place arugula salad onto bottom bun, add bacon, frittata and sliced tomatoes. Top with top bun and serve.
