Three Cheese Frittata and Croissant Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 ea.
    Glenview Farms® Premium Three Cheese Frittata
  • 1 ea.
    Chef's Line® Croissant Bun
  • 2 slices
    Patuxent Farms® Black Forest Smoked Bacon
  • 1-2 slices
    Monarch® Balsamic Herb Marinated Sliced Tomatoes, drained
  • .5 ea.
    Lemon
  • 1 tsp.
    Rykoff Sexton® Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • .25 c
    Cross Valley Farms® Baby Arugula

Preparation

  1. Cook Black Forest bacon according to package directions.
  2. Heat three cheese frittata on a hot flat top while also toasting bun.
  3. Toss arugula with lemon juice and oil. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Place arugula salad onto bottom bun, add bacon, frittata and sliced tomatoes. Top with top bun and serve.
