Thick-Cut Butter Brioche BLT

Ingredients

  • 1 ea.
    Thick-Cut Butter Brioche Loaf
  • 18 slices
    Applewood Smoked Bacon
  • 12 T
    Mayonnaise
  • 6 leaves
    Green Leaf Lettuce
  • 12–18
    Tomato Slices
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 12 T
    Unsalted Butter

Preparation

1.        Bake bacon at 350°F until crispy.

2.        Toast brioche in butter.

3.        Spread mayo on each slice.

4.        Add bacon, lettuce, tomatoes; season.

5.        Close and cut in half.
