12 tbsp.Mayonnaise

6 leavesGreen Leaf Lettuce

12–18Tomato Slices

Salt & Pepper to taste

12 Tbsp.Unsalted Butter
Preparation
1. Bake bacon at 350°F until crispy.
2. Toast brioche in butter.
3. Spread mayo on each slice.
4. Add lettuce.
5. Add tomatoes; season.
6. Add bacon.
7. Close and cut in half.
