Ingredients

  • 3 ea.
    Molly's Kitchen® Plant-Based* Italian Style Meatball
  • 3-4 oz.
    Roseli® Chunky Marinara
  • 2 oz.
    Roseli® Spaghetti, blanched and shocked
  • 1 T
    Roseli Shaved Parmesan

Preparation

Braise Plant-Based Meatballs in Marinara until heated through. Place spaghetti noodles into a hot skillet with heated oil, add vegetable stock and marinara to refresh pasta. Place pasta in a warm dish, top with meatballs, extra Marinara Sauce, and Parmesan cheese (or Glenview Farms Vegan Mozzarella-style Shreds).
