Ingredients

  • 2 pieces
    Harbor Banks® Battered Wild Alaska Cod
  • 1 ea.
    Hilltop Hearth® Cornbread Hamburger Bun
  • 1 leaf
    Cross Valley Farms® Iceberg Better Burger Leaf Lettuce
  • 2 slices
    Cross Valley Farms Sliced Tomato
  • 1 oz.
    Chef's Line® Pub Sauce

Preparation

Fry two pieces of battered wild Alaska cod. Butter and toast the cornbread bun. Place 1 oz. of pub sauce on the bottom bun. Top with lettuce and sliced tomatoes, add fried cod and the top bun.
