Ingredients

  • 1 ea.
    Cross Valley Farms® Garlic Cloves, cut in half
  • 1 c
    Dry White Wine
  • 1.5 lb.
    Glenview Farms® Shredded Fontina, Gruyère and Gouda Cheese Blend
  • To Taste
    Monarch® Kosher Salt
  • To Taste
    Monarch Black Pepper
  • To Taste
    Monarch Ground Nutmeg
  • 2 ea.
    Chef's Line® All Natural* Smoked Chicken Sausage, cooked and sliced
  • 2 ea.
    Cross Valley Farms® Red Potatoes, cut in cubes or wedges, roasted
  • .5 ea.
    Chef's Line French Baguette, cut and toasted

Preparation

Heat an iron skillet in the oven. Tableside, add white wine, garlic, and three cheese blend. Stir constantly with a fork or whisk until the cheese is melted. Serve with grilled sausage, roasted potato wedges, and large chunks of crusty bread.
