Preparation
- Toast bun and slice tri-tip thinly on a meat slicer.
- Combine sour cream and avocado, whip until smooth.
- Place black bean hummus on the bottom bun. Add sliced tri-tip, shredded lettuce, cotija cheese, and place avocado cream on the top bun.
