Tarragon Cachaça, Vanilla and Avocado Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 1 1⁄2 oz.
    Tarragon-Infused Cachaça
  • 1 1⁄2 oz.
    Vanilla-Infused Cane Sugar
  • 1⁄4 oz.
    Clarified Lime Juice
  • 1⁄4 oz.
    Chareau Aloe Vera liquor
  • 5 drops
    Pistachio Oil, roasted
  • 2 generous bar spoons
    Avocado, ripe
  • Golden mint sprigs, to garnish

Preparation

Place all ingredients in a shaker, add ice and shake vigorously. Pour over a tall Collins glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with golden mint sprig for enhanced fresh aromatics.
