1 tbsp.Roseli® Chopped Garlic

¼ cupMonarch® Amber Honey

1 ea.Fresh Jalapeño, shaved

2 tbsp.Pacific Jade® Rice Vinegar

1 tsp.Monarch® White Sesame Seeds

5 pc.Cross Valley Farms® Pineapple Chunk

Monarch® Pickled Red Onions, to garnish
Preparation
- Mark pineapple on char grill.
- Combine No artificial ingredients. Minimally processed. in sauce pan over medium heat for 2 minutes.
- Add honey and rice vinegar, and whisk to incorporate.
- Fry shrimp until crisp.
To serve:
Arrange crispy shrimp and charred pineapple on plate or in a small bowl. Drizzle with honey sauce, and garnish with shaved jalapeño, pickled red onions and sesame seeds.
