3/4 cWhite or Rice Wine Vinegar

3/4 cWater

3 tbsp.Monarch® Sriracha Hot Honey

2 tsp.Monarch Kosher Salt
Preparation
- Cut off tops and bottoms of radishes; peel. Thinly slice and place into quart container.
- In a small sauce pot, combine vinegar, hot honey and salt. Simmer to dissolve salt, and pour over the radishes. Let sit in refrigeration for 12-24 hours before serving.
Consider adding aromatics and spices to enhance flavor: Red pepper flakes, coriander seeds, garlic cloves, shallots, fennel and mustard seed.
