Preparation
- Cut poblano and de-seed.
- In a sauté pan, add 1 oz. oil. Add Beef Crumbles® and brown.
- Add diced tomatoes and Fire Roasted Blend and cook for 6-8 minutes.
- And salt and pepper to taste.
- Stuff poblano peppers with the mixture and top with Shredded Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese.
- Bake at 400 degrees F for 12-16 minutes.
