2 oz.Vinaigrette Dressing

2 oz.Feta Cheese, crumbled

2 oz.Red Onion, sliced

3 oz.Chef’s Line® Sourdough Baguette

Preparation
Trim the strawberries and slice into thin segments. Take the sliced red onion and dice into 1/4" cubes. Drain the feta cheese crumbles. Place the cleaned and trimmed spinach in a clean mixing bowl. Add all other ingredients into the bowl (set the feta cheese aside for garnish). Add the dressing to the bowl with the salad ingredients and toss until the dressing is evenly incorporated. Place on sourdough baguette.
