4 oz.Chef's Line® All Natural* Hickory Smoked Diced Pork Belly

2 oz.Monarch® Sweet Chili Gochujang Sauce

1/2 oz.Bourbon

1 oz.Monarch Garlic Aioli

1 tsp.Monarch Sesame Seeds

1 tsp.Fresh Grated Ginger
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Lay pork belly out on a sheet pan and cook for 20 minutes, or until rendered.
- Mix the ginger with the garlic, set aside.
- When pork belly is cooked, toss in the sauce.
- Drizzle the garlic aioli on top and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
