2 oz.Rykoff Sexton Slow Roasted Tomatoes, oil drained and reserved

1/3 cGlenview Farms® Vegan Mozzarella Style Shreds
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Spread reserved tomato oil onto flatbread. Layer on vegan mozzarella style shreds, caramelized onions and chopped slow roasted tomatoes.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
