Spicy Honey Vinaigrette Recipe

Ingredients

  • .5 c
    Roseli® Canola Oil Blend
  • .25 c
    Monarch® Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 T
    Monarch Spicy Honey Wing Sauce
  • 1 tsp.
    Rykoff Sexton® Dijon Mustard
  • 2 T
    Cross Valley Farms® Peeled Shallot, minced
  • 1 tsp.
    Cross Valley Farms Peeled Garlic, minced

Preparation

  1. Place vinegar, spicy honey wing sauce, dijon mustard, shallots and garlic into a blender. Blend to purée.
  2. With blender running, slowly drizzle in oil until well mixed. Taste for seasoning, and adjust as needed.
