Spicy Dill Tartar Sauce

Ingredients

  • 3.5 c
    Chef's Line® Mayonnaise Made With Cage-Free Eggs
  • 4 oz.
    Metro Deli® Hot Kosher Dill Pickle Chips ,small diced
  • 3.5 oz.
    Metro Deli Hot Kosher Dill Pickle Chips, juice
  • 1.5 oz.
    Lemon Juice (freshly squeezed), about 1-1.5 ea.
  • 2 oz.
    Rykoff Sexton® Capers
  • 1.5 oz.
    Cross Valley Farms® Fresh Baby Dill
  • Dash
    Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 tsp.
    Rykoff Sexton Extra Strong Dijon Mustard
  • 2 tsp.
    Monarch® Onion Powder
  • Pinch
    Cayenne

Preparation

1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Adjust seasoning with lemon juice, salt and pepper. 

2. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.

3. Store tightly covered in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
