Speedy Burger

Ingredients

  • 2 oz.
    Rykoff Sexton® Caramelized Sliced Onions
  • 3 slices
    Chef's Line® Uncured Maplewood Smoked Bacon
  • 1 ea.
    Chef's Line® Chopped Chuck Beef Patty
  • 1 ea.
    Hilltop Hearth® Potato Bun
  • 1 ea.
    Patuxent Farms® Zesty Breaded Chicken Breast Fillet (Sub)

Preparation

Optional: Before you begin, soak garlic in ice waterfor 30 minutes.

  1. Heat skillet or flattop to medium heat. 
  2. Place buttered bun face down in skillet until toasted (place to the side).
  3. In a separate skillet or on a flattop, add burger. Cook to desired internal temperature.
  4. Add sliced cheesed and cooked smoked maple-wood bacon on top of patty.
  5. Add finished burger to toasted potato bun.
  6. Garnish as desired.
