Smokin' Turkey Mac

Ingredients

  • 6 oz.
    Chef's Line® All Natural* Smoked Turkey Thigh Burnt Ends & Pieces
  • 6 oz.
    Molly's Kitchen® Macaroni and Cheese, Cavatappi in Beer Sauce
  • 2 oz.
    Rykoff Sexton® Yellow Sliced Caramelized Onion
  • 2 oz.
    Monarch® Sweet and Bold BBQ Sauce
  • 2 oz.
    Pacific Jade® Coarse Panko Breadcrumbs

Preparation

1. Place sealed mac and cheese bag in a steamer or in boiling water.

2. Heat approximately 45 minutes or until product reaches 140°F or higher. Do not heat above 212°F. If product is held, it must be maintained at 140°F or higher.

3. In a small 5 inch cast iron skillet, scoop warmed mac and cheese then top with caramelized onions, smoked turkey chunks, drizzle of BBQ sauce and finally panko breadcrumbs. Bake in oven until breadcrumbs turn golden brown for about 7 minutes.
