1 ea.Hilltop Hearth® Garlic Herb Wrap

2 oz.del Pasado® Mango Peach Salsa

1 oz.Chef's Line® Hand Scooped Guacamole

1 oz.Glenview Farms® Pepperjack Cheese

1 TMonarch® Chipotle Mayo
Preparation
- Cook the pork per boil-in-bag instructions. Once cooked, pull apart to shred.
- Spread chipotle mayo over the chickpea wrap. Layer on the pepper jack cheese.
- Spread the shredded pork evenly over the cheese.
- Roll it up and slice into pinwheels .
- Garnish with mango peach salsa, spicy mayo, and a dollop of guacamole.
