1 ea.Hilltop Hearth® Premium Pimento Cheese Stuffed Pretzel Knot

½ ea.Chef's Line® All Natural* Uncured Smoked Chicken Sausage

½ tbsp.Flame Roasted Fuji Apples, sliced

½ tbsp.Rykoff Sexton® Sliced Caramelized Onions

½ sliceGlenview Farms® Sharp Cheddar, sliced, cut in ¼'

½ tsp.Rykoff Sexton® Grainy Mustard
Preparation
- Slice pretzel knots in half, and top both sides with cheddar cheese. Spread bottom half with grainy mustard.
- Place in 350°F oven until cheese melts.
- Slice sausage in half, still leaving attached on one side, and cook on either a grill or griddle until brown and thoroughly cooked.
- Warm onions and apples separately.
For assembly:
- Top warmed pretzel knot with sausage, onions, and finish with apples and pretzel knot topper.
- Skewer with knotted bamboo skewer.
- The finished product should be a creamy and thick emulsified sauce.
