SLT – Salmon Lettuce Tomato Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 2 slices
    Chef’s Line® Multi-Grain Sprouted Bread
  • 4 oz.
    Harbor Banks® Salmon
  • 2 oz.
    Rykoff Sexton® Slow Roasted Tomato
  • 3 oz.
    Roseli® Pesto Sauce
  • Cross Valley Farms® Scarlett Butter Lettuce

Preparation

Season the Harbor Banks Salmon with salt and pepper (optional) and sear for 3–4 minutes per side. Set aside to cool slightly.

Lightly toast the multi-grain bread.

Layer the salmon, slow roasted tomato, pesto sauce and butter lettuce between the toasted bread slices.
