4 oz. Enchilada Sauce

4 oz. Glenview Farms® Monterey Jack Cheese Blend

1 T Cross Valley Farms® Chopped Cilantro

6 ea. del Pasado® 6” tortilla
Preparation:
- Sauté shrimp
- Deglaze pan with enchilada sauce
- Pour into an oven-safe container and top with cheese
- Melt cheese until golden brown
- Top with chopped cilantro and warm tortillas
