Shrimp de jonghe

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Glenview Farms® Butter
  • 6 ea. Harbor Banks® Shrimp
  • 4 oz. Pacific Jade® Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp. Monarch® Dried Parsley
  • 1 T Roseli® Garlic

Preparation:

  1. Mix butter with parsley and garlic
  2. Place shrimp and butter in an oven-safe container (can be done ahead of time)
  3. Bake at 400° for 8 minutes
  4. Top with breadcrumbs
