Shrimp & Asiago Stuffed Gnocchi

 Shrimp & Asiago Stuffed Gnocchi

Ingredients

  • 4 oz.
    Harbor Banks® Peeled & Deveined Shrimp
  • 1 T
    Chef's Line® Parmesan and Peppercorn Compound Butter
  • 10 ea.
    Chef’s Line Asiago Stuffed Gnocchi
  • 2 oz.
    White Wine
  • 1 T
    Parsley, minced
  • Black Pepper, to taste

Preparation

Cook the Asiago-Stuffed Gnocchi according to package directions.

Heat sauté pan, add black pepper and Parmesan Butter and sauté Harbor Banks P&D Shrimp. Mark on both sides. Add Gnocchi, toast, deglaze with wine, cover and simmer until shrimp are cooked and Gnocchi are heated to recommended temperature.

Add to a serving bowl and garnish with minced parsley.
