4 oz.Harbor Banks® Peeled & Deveined Shrimp

1 TChef's Line® Parmesan and Peppercorn Compound Butter

10 ea.Chef’s Line Asiago Stuffed Gnocchi

2 oz.White Wine

1 TParsley, minced

Black Pepper, to taste
Preparation
Cook the Asiago-Stuffed Gnocchi according to package directions.
Heat sauté pan, add black pepper and Parmesan Butter and sauté Harbor Banks P&D Shrimp. Mark on both sides. Add Gnocchi, toast, deglaze with wine, cover and simmer until shrimp are cooked and Gnocchi are heated to recommended temperature.
Add to a serving bowl and garnish with minced parsley.
